This is only a portion of the great gals I work with. As you can tell, we are very serious highly trained professionals.
Ladies, its quite the pleasure.
First I was trained by this Barbara Streisand look alike. She is our Director of nursing, Ashley. Thats us at last years Halloween party.
Dance party...that's my boss there in the middle. Who could ask for more?
"My hips don't lie" Maribel and I at the Christmas party.
BFF's Tracy and Heather...So much beauty and brilliance

Thanks for the Encouragement
So recently I've been thinking a lot about goals I have for myself. A few of these have been on my heart for a long time. They don't require drastic lifestyle changes nor a genius to know what is required for success; yet I still can't seem to get my act together. This past weekend at church I was really encouraged in this by Mark V's message. We are going through Colossians and discussing our identity in Christ. This is what caught my attention (which was written on the outline).
"Why is understanding our new identity so important?
Because identity precedes and affects behavior; what I do will tend to flow from who I perceive myself to be."
I've been thinking a lot about that since. I think there must be more to those hesitations than I realized.
Then today I received a random letter of encouragement from a work buddy...so awesome and uplifting. I think I often underestimate the power of encouragement like that. I'm not completely sure that power is the word I'm looking for there but it's late and it will have to do. Either way I felt so loved and blessed and I know the writer also felt a blessing in doing it. Especially on a Monday. Beautiful timing.
